At Chu’s Floral, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service at all times. Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as they do not affect your statutory rights.

Products 

We offer a variety of floral products and services, including wedding flowers, corporate floral displays, bespoke gift bouquets for all occasions, houseplants and office plants, vases, plant pots, as well as related accessories like gift cards. These products can be purchased in-store, by phone, or through our website.

 

Substitutions

While we strive to provide your selected item, availability may vary when ordering online or in advance. If substitutions are necessary, we will always use flowers or products of similar value, style, and quality.

Payment 

All payments must be made in full before we can process your order. For large event floral arrangements, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please refer to our Payment Policy for more details.

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Alipay.​​​

Fresh Flowers & Plants 

  • Fresh flower bouquets are perishable items and are non-refundable and non-returnable once sold.​

  • If you have any concerns about the quality of your flowers upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • ​We guarantee the freshness of our cut flowers for 7 days, except for delicate seasonal flowers like Narcissus, Anemone, Tulips, and Cornflowers, which are guaranteed for 5 days.

Return and Refund Policy â€‹

  • Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and refund on fresh flowers. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Our team will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure you are happy with your flowers.Thank you for understanding!

  • Returns (Excluding Fresh Flowers) - You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return, and an additional 14 days to send the item back. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact, and in resalable condition. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds (Excluding Fresh Flowers) - If returning your entire order, we’ll refund the original item price + cheapest standard delivery cost. If returning part of an order, the original shipping cost is not refunded. Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving your return.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items – Please report any damage or faults within 48 hours of delivery by emailing chusfloral@gmail.com with photos of the products and all packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping if necessary.

 

Cancellations â€‹

Cancellations for fresh flower orders must be made at least 3 working days before the scheduled collection or delivery date. Late cancellations may not be accommodated due to the perishable nature of flowers.
