Payment Policy

All payments should be made in full prior to fulfilling any order unless it has been prarranged by a Chu's Floral employee. Please see details outlined below:

Weddings

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total order is required upon booking. The remaining balance of the initial payment is due within 7 days of confirming the design.

Final contract details and the remaining balance must be settled no later than 28 days prior to the wedding date. These details will be discussed during the wedding consultation.

Flowers, Plant, Gifts (Delivery and Collection)

All shop goods and floral orders must be paid in full at the point of sale, with no exceptions.
