Collection

Click & Collect is available with at least TWO days notice.Please add a note with your collection date before checkout. Self-pickup must be scheduled during our business hours.

 

Delivery

If you need to change your delivery date, please notify us at least TWO days in advance. We are unable to change the delivery date within 24 hours before the scheduled date.

Delivery Fee

Standard Delivery (LS1, LS2, LS3) – £5

Upgrade Delivery (LS4, LS5, LS6, LS8, LS9, LS10) – £7.5

Premium Delivery (LS7, LS11, LS12, LS14, LS15) – £10

Delivery Slots

Tuesday to Friday: 5:30 pm - 7 pm | Saturday: 1 pm - 5 pm

If you require same-day delivery or delivery outside of the listed postcodes, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Terms

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, our team may leave the flowers with a reception or in a safe location, unless the customer has provided alternate instructions. If neither option is possible, the order will be returned to our shop. Should you wish to reschedule the delivery, an additional delivery fee will apply.

  • If we do not receive further instructions within 24 hours, we cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be issued. The flowers will still be available for collection, but freshness cannot be guaranteed.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee will apply.

  • In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order. If this happens, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
