Begin with a Japanese-inspired floral workshop led by Chu’s Floral, where you’ll create your own Japanese-Inspired Floral Table Arrangement. Working with a Japanese serving dish, seasonal flowers and natural moss, you’ll explore delicate lines, movement and negative space to create an arrangement that feels organic, expressive and uniquely yours.

After creating your flowers, sit back and enjoy a Chef’s Selection Sushi Platter freshly prepared by Hey! Sushi — a chef-curated assortment of nigiri and maki rolls featuring salmon, tuna, shrimp, scallop and seasonal white fish.

It’s a relaxed and creative experience designed to bring together flowers, food and Japanese-inspired aesthetics — and you’ll take your floral arrangement home with you afterwards.
